I have jumped 2 times (tandem) and had great experiences both times. Treeman Dave and Dan Caasan were awesome. They were both very professional and made me feel very comfortable. I have recommended this to several people and currently setting up a group jump for next year. I had one bad experience last year. I called at 7am to try and get myself and a friend in to jump. I was told to come on down (1.5 hr. drive) and they would get us in. I was there until 8pm and did not get to jump. I understand that is how it goes now but was not told we may not be able to jump. They should explain to their customers the chance you take if you do not have a reservation. Be sure to get a reservation prior to going or you may be in for a long day with no jump. This is an awesome facility and people, just get a reservation and you will be fine.
