The Phoenix-Fly Vampire has a decent rate of 18mph, or so I heard, and you can get the suit to has zero forward speed or close to it, so if you were to land in water or on a big stunt air bag I don't see why it couldn't be done. Now I know the impact would be like that of hitting a brick wall or close to it but if you consider the fact the high dives have been done at heights of 100-200 ft and the airbag world record is 300ft I don't see why not.
