Bowie 0 #1 June 27, 2005 Hi i have a Cypres 1 the last battery change was jan 2004. i have made about 400 jumps since and my cypres just ran out of battery, 100 jumps and 7 month too early. Is this just one bad battery, or is there other Ws flyers that have the same experience i have about 200 Ws jumps in that period. jceman 1 #2 June 28, 2005 I don't think it's necessarily WS flying -- I had a CYPRES battery that failed powerup check after just one year also, about 115 jumps or so. I just chalked it up to "shit happens". Mother batteries have lasted their full life. Faster horses, younger women, older whiskey, more money.
