Said to myself uh oh I know I paid me Birdman off a few months ago..Anyway Opened letter only to read...Dear Doug HI! Remember me? I hadnt forgot about you...I was just waiting...and.. waiting..and waiting for those patches! They finally are in today and I made sure to send them to you right away.. Sorry that it took so long. I have no idea what the delay was...skydivers (slackers!) :) Best Regards Kim... I thought to myself Damn someone in the sport took time just to remember an Average Joe Skydiver that bought A S3 suit.. Point of the matter Thanks Kim.. for just remembering I wanted A Birdman Patch..Stuff like this goes a Long Long way with me when it comes to doing Business...I hope other Skydiving Businesses and sales can learn from this kind of generosity...
