First freefly attempts

Recommended Posts

Welcome to freeflying, sounds like you enjoyed the jumps :)
Keep in mind that freeflying adds entirely new elements of risk to skydiving. Please make sure to talk to the experienced freeflyers at your dropzone along the way about what you are doing and go over the various safety considerations. Exit separation and awareness of line of flight become extremely critical as you can cover tremendous distances trying to get stable.

Your best bet, both learning and safety wise, is to find a freefly coach at your dropzone to learn from. Your coach will be able to inform you of what you need to know when learning to freefly and help you learn more quickly.

Good luck with it and have fun! :)
