Wawet76 0 #1 June 24, 2010 I have modified the mounting device shipped with the contourHD. Just ripped the side with a pair of pliers, removed the inside velcro and screwed it on the helmet. + Camera is lower + Better connection with the helmet. I hope to obtain video with less vibration - The camera angle is fixed. (not really important for top-mount) I will probably add a strip of foam between the helmet and the main part of the camera. If someone want to do the same, just pay attention to the placement of the screws. They could interfere when sliding the camera in position.
