Rotjeknor 0 #1 July 17, 2009 Who has jump with the Panasonic HDC-SD100? I am looking for this specific camera because it has a viewfinder. I am planning to make a 3Dcamera rig (topmount) on my helmet and offcourse before i buy 2 camera's i have to make shure it's working good for freefly speed. My only concern is the advanced O.I.S (image stabilizer).

AFAIK there's no camera out there with both a viewfinder and EIS, at least not from Sony. Do you really need a viewfinder? ciel bleu, Saskia
PharmerPhil 0 #3 July 17, 2009 I would think any kind of IS would be bad for a 3D rig. You need to have the two camera images lined up perfectly and not have them shift.
BoydR 0 #4 July 25, 2009 can't speak to what you're trying to do, but my SD9 has been awesome... a bit of shake when side mounted on an L bracket... but now it's in a cookie box and it's great. Had a friend jump it top mounted for a Tandem and it worked great then too... no problems... sucks it doesn't work with a cameye though...
