Failed Coach Eval Jump

what % pass?

I do not know if we have a good set of stats on this. In my courses I had about 80% pass (guessing off the top of my head) the whole course the first time through, only using the two eval jumps. The other 20% usually all passed with the repeat.

I only had two ever not pass/finish a course.

About 75% would opt to do a practice jump prior to the course. I would teach one of the evaluated dive flows to one candidate while the other watched. Then at the 20 minute call I became the student and we executed the jump just like a full blown student jump.

On occasion though, I did a time out, to observe a hop and pop (I would teach during those too, bonus untested material so to speak).

An Instructors first concern is student safety.
So, start being safe, first!!!

they will fail you if you don't pay them.

No, they won't fail. But their rating card won't be signed off.

My success rate is average 70% on the USPA Coach course, and about 50% on the Phoenix-Fly Coach course.
