Dbox or C bracket

I am wondering what would be better for a dbox or a c bracket for my pc110? Is it necessary to flip the camera upside down for headdown? I have seen a few freeflyers whos camera are inverted and that is why i am asking. Also is a .6 wide angle lens suitable for freeflying?
