proswoopingtour 0 #1 January 15, 2003 After months and months of work, the organizers of the Pro Swooping Tour have finally got the IPC (International Parachute Commission) to put canopy swooping (aka. Canopy Piloting) on the agenda for the February IPC board meeting in Brazil. The PST plans to lay the ground work to get the commission thinking about adding swooping as an official competition event & holding the first "World Cup"of swooping in the USA. The USPA will receive their presentation from PST later this month in Florida.
