I spend at least hour in tunnel for now, but still doing pretty bad in my backfly. Nobody ever coached me how to do it and what I am doing wrong there. So I was thinking a good coach who can teach me back fly, seat fly and maybe later head down fly would be great. By the way how much should a coaching at the tunnel cost?
