Planning tunnel time

Recommended Posts

:)The question I (we) have is how can we make best use of our time. We have 30 minuets of coaching time, but we don't want to get caught with our pants down. Does anyone have any published material that we can use to make our plans. I have searched the web and didn't find anything. Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance
Sincerely

The first few slots are generally the same (mantis, basic drills, stability, grips, etc. - more like getting used to the tunnel & flying stable), but the rest depends on what your goals are and what the structure of the group is. Do you guys want to practice some 4-way, or just stick to 2 & 3-ways, or even fly only solos?

One of the camps I've been to had 4 guys with similar jump numbers as your group (first timers, booked for two hours as well) & they spent first 20% of the time flying solo drills, 50% on 2-way drills and the remaining 30% flying 3 and 4-ways.

I hope one of the tunnel coaches on this forum will give you some reasonable advice. If not, feel free to PM me (right now I'm working with our tunnel coaches on a similar plan for another group).
