Before I make a royal ass out of myself -

what are the requirements for a tandem master to cross over to the sigma?

Do they need to do one jump on the system in addition to packing it?

Lets say you got a current strong tandem master.

The TM does two jumps on a vector II. Is he rated for the sigma as well at this point?

they need to take the sigma test also.....

From the RW site:

After cross-training from Eclipse, Parachutes de France, Racer, or Strong, ground school, video & the 2 cross training jumps, are successfully completed:

" Blue Tandem Instructor Rating Form, signed
" Waiver (Experimental Test Jumper Agreement), signed
" Test Answers to 65 question Tandem Vector Examination
" $25.00 Certification Fee _______________
" FAA Medical Certificate (photocopy) or Foreign Equivalent
" Date of exam: _______________ Class: _______________
" USPA D-License or Foreign Equivalent (photocopy) _______________
" Instructional Ratings _______________
" Copy of Eclipse, Parachutes de France, Racer, or Strong Rating
" Proof of 25-100 Eclipse, Parachutes de France, Racer, or Strong jumps

For Sigma certification, please include the following in addition to above:

" Test Answers to Sigma Instructor Exam
" $10.00 Sigma Certification Fee _______________

After completion of probationary period, 25 jumps:

" Yellow Training Logbook - endorsed twice, with at least 25 jumps logged
" Any paperwork which was not submitted after initial training

not really sure if the probationary period is true for this as well but might want to write them.
