Here are the requirements: Good hook knife or two (metal body preferred, single blade preferred). Chest mount altimeter (if possible, or we can adapt their wrist mount altimeter) Jeans or sweatpants Long sleave shirt or sweatshirt Low snag sneakers (that they can kick off and don't mind losing, extra pair might be a good idea) Heavy cotton socks Good leather gloves with good tack/grip. Helmets recommended: must not cover ears or mouth, must have quick release buckle. Container: sized to fit appropriately sized Lightning (pack volume to account for dacron lines), good reserve pin protection, no poptop, or if it does have an exposed reserve pilot chute cap, it should be seated well so as to present a minimal snag hazard. AAD is fine and recommended, any RSL must be disconnected and tucked away). Throw out pilot chute deployment, unless they have a pullout pilotchute that can be adapted to the retract bridle on the lightning.
