Hi all,

What a great start to a new jumping season. Six open and two inter teams battled it out for the top
places on the 2006 league scoreboard.
The spectacular thunder storms rolled in after round three of the open and round two of the inter
event but thanks to this years rule change that allows us to run the event over two days we were
able to open the bar early on Saturday and continue the competition the next day. Mental note: Two
day event means jumping Saturday AND Sunday ;-)
Big thanks to Don and Lou from Skydive Nagambie, who again did an invaluable job helping the
Relworkers and Meet Director Rob Tasic to run this event smoothly and safely. A big thanks to Rob of
course for delivering such a great event.
What a great effort, judging the event with only two judges - huge thanks to Gail and especially
Jenni, who was still watching the tapes and working on the scores on Sunday night while almost all
competitors have left already.
Thanks to the ground coaches and of course all competitors for their patience and participation.

Big thanks also to all the sponsors who make this event possible: The Freefall Factory, Terminal
Sports, RMW Jumpsuits, TroubleChute Rigging and Cookie Composites.
Support these awesome people that put so much back into the sport to support YOUR jumping!!

Ben's doing a great job updating the web site. Check out his awesome work (and the results) under:

http://www.relworkers.org/new/results.html

They have been confirmed by the judges together with the ladder after round one:

Same Same:_____08 Points = 3rd Place
Inacoma:________07 Points = 4th Place

Shark Bait:______05 Points = 6th Place

Inter

Corrective Service:__10 Points = 1st Place
All Stars:___________09 Points = 2nd Place

Don't forget Round two will be held in Bridgewater on 18th & 19th March 2006.
If you want to join in on the fun and have a chance to win some of those great prices, there is
still time to register before round two. Just send an e-mail to [email protected].

Cheers,
Carsten
