FlyingElf2002 0 #1 July 9, 2004 Every summer on the last Saturday in July, jumpers from all over New England (and elsewhere), come to Plum Island Beach in Newburyport, MA for a day of jumping, barbecuing, and fun on the beach. This year the boogie is 7/31 with a weather day of Sunday 8/1. Permit times are 9am - 6pm. Shuttles are provided to and from Plum Island Airfield (approx 1.5 miles away).
