Billy 0 #27 May 14, 2003 Sun Dogs usaully appear in a line through the Sun out at a certain angle on both sides, sometimes along the "rings around the sun", and out again from that with arcs reversed with the right conditions,, most of the differances with Glories, rainbows, Sun dogs etc. occur depending on looking towards or away from the sun,, and how close the water vapor/crystal form is to you..
