Chelseaflies 0 #1 August 31, 2013 I've got 17 jumps so far and I'm already really steady in belly to earth, very in control for my turns and front flips. I can do a great dive exit and I'm getting a bit tired of doing that all the time. My instructor said it was alright for me to pick some new things to try out and work on. Maybe sit flying? Or back flips?
milehigheric 0 #2 August 31, 2013 It is impossible to improve on relative work by yourself so the only thing you can really learn is exits and getting stable in new body positions. Try all the differing exits as if they were a 4 way. Back flying, tracking, sit flying are all options but at 17 jumps you need to talk to your instructor to see what's appropriate.
