This is probably the first time you've ever heard of Leo Frank.

Actually it is. Your point being? I have a BS in justice so my knowledge of the law is far greater than yours, but I've heard and read/written about many cases.

While the U.S. justice system is far from perfect, it has come a long ways since those days.

In some areas. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ray_Krone

...our justice system...

What are you doing about Mugabe?

Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight, America can't be bad cause Africa is so fucked up. Next stop: Asia. Conservatives don't understand that until they compare teh US to civilized nations these rogue comparisons only hurt their cause. Of course what can they do? Defend the US on it's own merits by still exectuing people and having the wealth distribution of many Communist countries? :D

From a foundational point, yes, but you still have to prove your points. While we're here, point out a major federal tax cut that has led to properity for all amd genral well-being of the gov economically.

That 'you' was intended to be plural. I changed my post to reflect that. Just pointing out the fact that some parts of American history finds a way to stay hidden, or people don't want it coming out.

Already been done... I know it is in your nature to have others do the work and you reap the rewards.... But, I have already answered. If you were to busy ignoring it, don't expect me to do your work for you.
