Hi kd, I like the part about the "tube top" in Oakland!!! A couple of Mardi Gras ago Peggy and I were in the Carrageway at Pat O'Brien's waiting to go into the Piano bar and 2 ladies walked by wearing "AIR BRUSHED PAINTED ON TUBE TOPS!!!!!" Those would definitely give any Burka a run for its money!! Could you imagine an "air brushed painted on Burka??"
