I've only packed 2 Icons, but on both of them, I noticed that the reserve #1 flap seems to flop up and down from what appears to be too small of a hole for the #0 grommet that's pushed thru the stiffener. Today I had to pull one out and replace it because the stiffener has cracked a good 2 inches in each direction (I had ordered a replacement for this rig earlier because I thought to myself there was no way in hell it wouldn't end up cracked.)
