GARYC24 3 #1 October 1, 2003 I sign up for additional " Horizon Disability Income Insurance: from "ING Employee Benefits. It's $4.74 a week..a '3-month duration plan' so,if someting was to happen I will get normal "SDI" coverage (whatever that amount is) plus an additional $800 a month.. I thought about it and decided to try it..just in case.. other than that I just gave away $4.74 a week! Oh..and skydiving, scuba diving, ultra-light & flying lessons are not excluded! AntiPinkChrissy 0 #2 October 1, 2003 sounds similiar to AFLAC. Where if you make a claim with them, they pay you, not your regular medical insurance company for your injury. Your medical insurance still covers as they normally would and AFLAC pays you a certain amount per ER visit, days in the hospital, etc. Works out well for you if you are accident prone. jfields 0 #3 October 1, 2003 QuoteEmployee Benifits The first employee benefit should be a spellchecker. Just teasing, because I am so guilty of that on a regular basis.
