I bought used container, there are long special binding, but I still don't get how to install the elastic cord between. I'll be gratefull for picture or instruction. Hausse 0 #2 September 8, 2008 Take the bungee, put it from the bottom through the thing that's sown onto the leg strap, make a knot and pull it back down so the knot is between the fabric. Do the same thing on the other side. There won't be a loop like on other rigs, just one connection. Don't have a picture at the moment but it's really easy to figure out.
