Hey, why do we drink red wine warm? Is it to keep the vampire in us satisfied?

And say "red wine warm" 3 times fast. I dare ya. :ph34r:

You don't drink red wine warm, you drink it at room temperature. The reason is because it red wine was originally from Europe and the Europeans tend to drink everything at room temperature. {beer, water, soda etc...}

I for one keep my Cabernet Savignon in the fridg at home. I mean I can tolerate it at room temperature but prefer it cold.

Me too!

Here's a good article about wine aging and the whole 55 degrees thing. It doesn't hurt to put it in a frig (41 degrees), but it's not really gonna age any. (You want to control UV light, humidity and temp most of all.)

You can have it good, fast, or cheap: pick two.
