I do not know the local laws, but having the permit of the owner of the "exit" simply allows you to have legal the first 50% of a BASE jump: you allowed/entitled to "stay there".

Unless below the exit there is a "desert", they can still charge with a bunch of items, among which: "reckless behaviour", "procured danger", "other".
