niolosoiale 0 #4 May 28, 2006 One person is dead and another injured after a shooting Saturday at Crossroads Mall in south Oklahoma City. An Oklahoma County sheriff's deputy on-duty at the mall heard people fighting near JC Penney and saw a male shoot another male with a gun, said Oklahoma City County Sheriff John Whetsel. The deputy fatally shot the gunman, Whetsel said. The person who was initially shot was taken to a city hospital, his condition is not known. ------------------- Note in OKC, the south side is a little more white-trash gangsta (not as bad as you think) and this mall is where the kids who can't drive end up hanging out. Me and my friends would go up there to play at the arcade (we've since grown bored of their game offerings and found other places) but we hardly ever go there any more. Just more reasons not to. Although I wouldn't be surprised if this ends up being some stupid kid who I knew from seeing around there constantly when I did spend time there. So this could end up being really weird.
