another L&B customer service success story

I am sure it has been posted here many times, but here it goes anyway: I have sent my Pro-Dytter in for repair. It was out of warranty for a long time and I asked for a quote. They sent me back a brand new one with extra batteries, mounting clip and rubber bands- all at no charge. Mads kept in touch with me via email the whole time and he was very nice.
Many companies inside and outside of the industry could learn a few things from Larsen & Brusgaard about quality and customer service. Next time I will surely purchase one of their products.
