coekc 0 #1 June 6, 2009 Hey guys. Just thought I'd introduce myself to the community. My name's KC Coe and I'm looking forward to starting my freshman year at A&M College Station. I just got back from completing my AFF Level 7 at Skydive Dallas, and I'm looking forward to doing a couple of solo's on Sunday. I had to repeat level 4 and 6 because I had this problem with a flat spin, but I think it's probably because I tend to tense up and tuck my legs in asymmetrically. All well, guess I have plenty of time to learn. Hopefully y'all will be hearing a bit more from me, but that's all I got for now -KC
377 21 #2 June 6, 2009 KC, Welcome brother! I started jumping in 68 as a freshman engineering student. Still jumping 41 years later. Ya picked the right sport. It NEVER gets boring. Congrats on AFF 7 completion. Back in the day we had no AFF. After static line you had to teach yourself how to fly solo.I did some serious flat spins and wild tumbles before I got the knack. It's all better now, the gear, training and safety. 3772018 marks half a century as a skydiver. Trained by the late Perry Stevens D-51 in 1968.
