Start Skydiving

We had an amazing time! The staff was awesome and really fun. They were flexible when we had to reschedule due to weather. We spent a few hours waiting on the wind to die down and everyone was really good about keeping us in the loop as to what was going on. I can't wait to go back again!

Dan P. was wonderful, he made the jump easy, fun, felt very safe. I would recommend him highly.. I can't wait to jump again and hope I can choose him. Great Day... I put my arms outstretched and Kissed the face of God...

This was my first tandem sky dive. I am 70 years old and I have triple by pass surgery and also two surgical procedures on my back. I am stating this for those senior citizen that feel that life has passed them by, because of their ailments. I went to the facility, after a 3 1/2 drive to observe and inspect the facility, prior to scheduling my first flight. I had called the day prior, and spoke to a receptionist who was so kind and responsive to every question I had about the facility. I just had to visit. Upon arrival, I introduced myself to the receptionist and asked that I be given a tour of the facility. A manger was introduced to me and asked if I wanted a ten cent tour. I replied I wanted a fifty cent tour. He laughed and gave me a most informative tour of the facility. I was so very impressed with the freshly painted buildings, the viewing area for guests, the almost militaristic neatness of the entire facility. Up to date aircraft and overall rating of five star to everything I observed. Most of all the friendliness of the staff. They were very responsive to each of my questions and in just a short period of time I was asking. when can I fly?. I was given a spot that very afternoon. Why did one who only came only to observer in hoping to just observe and inspect suddenly, ask to fly. Professionalism, by the staff, friendliness beyond expectations, safety and exceptional instructions of the flight delivered with precise expertise in such away that any apprehension I had was dissipated in an instant. Folks if you have that dream of sky diving, especially you seniors, this is to place to go. I would like to thank the camera girl especially, the fellow from New Zealand, who I flew in tandem with, and the manager and all others who made this one of the most unbelievable moments of my life. I would like to mention their names, but will protect their privacy, if they read this or you take that first step as I did, you will soon know their names. Notice through out my comments I use the word fly, not jump. Folks that is what you are going to do if you just take that first step Enjoy happy flying If it feel good do it, I guarantee it does feel good Thanks again to Start Sky Diving

Staff was very fun and friendly. Kept things light and serious at the same time. Made you feel safe but also made sure you were comfortable and having a good time.

Being at start skydiving was the most exciting thing I've ever done and I love how I was treat by that stuff and love the security they offer so they make everybody can feel pretty comfortable!!!

This was my first jump after years of always wanting too. I wish i had gone sooner. The fear quickly turned to an amazing adrenalin rush. The facilities and staff were top notch. Will definately be jumping again.

Wicked awesome. The entire experience was great. The staff make your jump 100% fun from start to finish. They answer every question and concern you have to ensure you are comfortable before going up and jumping. Highly recommend this facility. I will definitely be returning. Friendly and experienced staff made my first tandem jump easy and memorable.

Everyone at Start Skydiving was friendly and professional. The experience would not have been nearly as much fun without the great group of people working there. Since this was my first jump, they made me feel at ease and, more importantly, safe. I tandem jumped with Dan P. and I think I would have been really nervous if it weren't for him. He was very thorough explaining what to do and what to expect and I had no doubts about his ability to get me to the ground in one piece! Mel did photos and videos for my experience and it was worth every penny. Everyone I encountered was happy to talk and answer questions. It was easy to see they love what they do and are happy to share their expertise. I can't thank them enough for making my birthday leap into a new decade SO MUCH FUN!!

WOW... WOW... WOW...words can't express this awesome experience. My heart was pumping but I knew I was in good hands. The staff we confidentm, patient and incouraging. The ride up was a bonding experience with my co-workers. I feel so empowered that I really accomplished something few people do. It has helped me realize I can do whatever I put my mind to. The rest of my bucket list looks easy.

I never imagined I would have the guts to jump from a perfectly good airplane. I am so glad I did.

My sons can't believe their adventurous mom skydived before they did.

This was my first time sky diving and I was so scared. The staff was professional, encouraging and light hearted, making the experience amazing. The facility was beautiful, clean, and professional. My tandem instructor, Dan C, was also wonderful. I loved it, overall awesome experience.

I still can't believe I jumped out of a plane! The entire experience was amazing! I was blown away at how nice the facility was. I was VERY impressed with the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and put my nerves at ease. The place had a great vibe. I also want to point out that the video and pictures we got after our jump were top of the line. We were VERY impressed. ...Such a fun experience! I'm now encouraging all my friends and family to jump with Start Skydiving.

Instructor was great!

Being a somewhat adventurous person I have always been fascinated by skydiving and activities the truly "get the blood pumping." For two years I have been going to a Lacrosse tournament in Middletown with my sons. This facility is adjacent to Start Skydiving so my sons and I always enjoyed watching the jumpers in between games. Candidly, I kick myself in the butt for waiting so long to actually take the leap. This is absolutely a first class facility and the instructors made this one of the most memorable events in my life! Friendly, fun and attention to detail made this one of those once in a lifetime memories! Thanks Start Skydiving, John Hart and my tandem instructor John P. You guys rock!!!!
