Very close to Rosario is the Casilda Aeroclub, where you can do: Tandem Jumping - Baptism Jumps, Skydiving Courses, Helicopter Pilot Courses, Pilot Airplane Courses and Ultralight Pilot Courses. First Parachuting School enabled with Dual Tandem system in Argentina.

Really beautiful place, it's like a golf camp!, swimming pool, all the facilities, c-182 10.000 ft. really fast.
I went the last summer and found good vibes and really good flyers.

The aeroclub uses a cessna 182 which only takes you to 9,000 feet (ground elevation is approx. 300). The instructor allowed for a 30 free fall with no flips or spirals on the way down. I would have spent my time better paragliding given such little difference between that and the jump.
