Woohoo...I just got confirmation that I can go out 2 days early to jump!!! So, I will be out in LA December 7 - 9 just to jump!! Where do you guys suggest I go....considering I am new and only have 27 jumps so far.

I just found out I am going to be in L.A. in a couple weeks for business. I would love to get a couple jumps in out there. Can anyone recommed where I should go? Thanks!

I am sure the icon was not there. I looked all over...and it was no where to be found.

I received an email with an attachment and was not able to even see how to open it. In the inbox, there was a paperclip indicating that there was an attachment...but nothing once I opened the email. The only way I was able to get the attachment was to forward the email...then it showed up.

If there is a will there is a way...that is how I made it through. I just recently graduated from AFP at SDC. It is definitely worth the investment!!

Did my graduation jump from AFP...yeah!! Great 4-way jump! And what an excellent Halloween party at SDC....had a blast hanging out with Sunshine!

So...it has nothing to do with comsuming a "Life Saver" before jumping out of an airplane? Thought maybe there was a little skydiver humor involved in this ritual. So disappointed to find out it is just because skydivers have bad breath!!

Oh...so that is how I turn that thing on!!

Okay...I will admit I didn't catch on when my AFP instructor handed me a life saver on the way to altitude. But now seeing it in a post...I assume there is meaning behind skydivers eating life savers. Does anyone know the story behind this?

Since I was about 3 I have had this attachment to Eeyore. Currently...I think there are about 5 or so Eeyores in my office (I won't tell you how many are at home).

I love the new email!! I have been using it a lot. But I find that the spam settings are a little too sensitive. Almost all of my weekly updates I get from various sources are flagged as spam. And when the email is flagged as spam in converts from html to text and makes the email almost impossible to read. I know that the mail setup is new and you are probably still working out bugs...but just wanted to bring this to your attention. Thanks! And thanks for providing such a great site!

I have to agree with SweetGirl....there is some underlying reason that it happened. Relationships need to be based on truth and honesty...without that...what is the point? Wouldn't you want to know if he did the same thing?
I think you need to look into the underlying reasons this happened....like maybe you are not ready for a serious relationship...or maybe you are purposely sabotaging your relationship so that he will do the dirty work and end it for you.
I don't think you need to feel guilty or beat yourself up over this...but learn from it and realize that there is a reason it happened.

Okay...I am "Ozzie, Meet Harriet"...said I am stuck in the 50's. What is that about?

Tonight I have a wedding to go to...bummer since I will have to postpone going to the DZ until tomorrow morning (trust me I have thought of every way possible to head out right after the reception).
Tomorrow and Sunday....going to try and get AFP 11 - 14 done....but the weather isn't looking so good.

Oh...I have figured myself out...I am a perfect mix of "good girl" and "bad girl"!!
I agree that women are complicated...but that doesn't mean that we don't know what we want. I know I want someone who compliments me completely...someone who will be my best friend and partner in crime...someone who makes my heart skip a beat everytime I see them or talk to them on the phone...someone who is as crazy as I am. We may seem like we don't know what we want...but as they say...you have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find your prince. So...until then...I will keep hopping from lily pad to lily pad.

Why, oh why, can't I find a guy that is a good mix of both "nice guy" and "bad boy"? And so, the seach continues....

I completely agree. If a guy is an a$$hole....there are plenty of reasons to give for why I am not interested. But with the "nice guys", there is nothing bad about the guy that makes me not interested...it is just that the chemistry isn't there. I have this problem all the time. But then again....I tend to go for the bad boys...who turn out to be a$$holes! Will I ever learn???
