We were VERY excited about the prospect of a freefly competition at SVNH. However, with less than a week until the event, I don't find it acceptable that there is still NO information available to competitors regarding when to show up, when the draw is, when the rounds are scheduled, how the blocks are arranged or any shedule info at all for that matter...just the date. I recognize that you may still have teams registering, and understand that this will affect the overall schedule. However I feel we should of at least had an arrival time, draw time, rough estimate on flight time or length of the day by now (are all rounds for one team flown in one session or spread through a couple sessions...will it take one hour for us to complete our rounds or six hours). I called the tunnel tonight to inquire if they had any info and was told that you would get something out to the competetors within the next day or two. I'm sure that you are skilled at pulling things together last minute, however I can no longer convince myself to support this event. I just sent you an email withdrawing my registration.
