I just got a Yepson. I would love to see pictures of how others have attached it to the D bag. -
Just flew my PDR 160 at WL 1.5 the other day. Totally boring. Nice and stable gave me plenty of time to stow my handles. Feather soft landing. This was my second ride in a year. Very happy with it. -
In recent years I have stayed at the Hotel Portofino. Suprisingly nice hotel and only a short walk into town. I am pretty sure they have a Skydiver rate so I suggest you mail them if you are interested in staying there. -
Skydive Algarve seems to be the up and coming place in Europe. Open all year.

It only came off in little bits (1mm) at the ends of where the handle was dipped. No danger of it peeling off in a pull situation. -
I used to have a D handle as my cutaway handle. I plastidipped it red. it was very tactile to the touch but the plastic started to peel away after time. All in all I liked it and will do it again. -
Skydive Algarve seems to be the up and coming place in Europe. I have certainly been impressed with the place. I will be there at Christmas.

shveddyso I bump it down to 7fps to keep the quality at max.
I know I should RTFM but how do you bump the fps down? I recently bought an A6000 and am still trying to learn the ins and outs. -
Empuriabrava is undoubtedly one of the worlds best situated dropzones. Unfortunately I think they have lost their mojo. Jump prices are over $36 and a pack job costs almost $9 and they will only pack fun jumpers after they do tandems and students. A wind holding is put on as soon as a sparrow farts.
Last 3 times I have visited there has hardly been enough fun jumpers to put a plane in the air.
Having said all that, I will be there for 3 weeks in July. -
Thinking of a trip there in November or the Christmas boogie. Let us know what you think of the place. -

1) Using Cookie Actioncam Sleeve - perfectly fits AS30, but a bit too large for AS100 model, however with small adjustment i made it fit perfectly. http://www.chutingstar.com/skydive/sony-action-cam-sleeve.
PROS: very slim fit, close to helmet.
CONS: a little too large for AS100 model, small adjustments needed
Best solution on my opinion
Is it possible to ask what modifications you made? I have the sleeve and AS100 and am wondering how to modify it. -
drakkarSilicon Oasis the best dude
We also liked the Silicon Oasis. -
Any news on the DZ accommodation? Would love to go for a few weeks in October/November (2014). -

I hurt/sprained my ankle 2 years ago. It was painful but I could stand on it ok so I went jumping. Ended up With a broken tib, broken fib and 3 large fractures in my ankle. A few operations later and I am still feeling it. I really wish I had taken the time to heal. -
likestojumpBefore everyone goes and blames the assembling rigger, the picture of the bag shown obviously not been assembled. The rubberband loops are not even set, so they never had a rubberband attached to them.
The only reason for my post was to make sure I had indeed an incorrect bag. It was Friday night and everyone had gone home. Otherwise I would have called the rigger directly.
I ordered Risers, bag, pilotchute etc assembled to a canopy so I could swap canopies in my rig. Everything has been assembled. The risers are attached to the lines, the bag and pilot chute are attached to the canopy.
I must admit I was a little suprised that no rubber bands were mounted. but maybe this is the norm? Had they mounted rubber bands they would surely have seen the bag was incorrect and would have sorted the problem.
But no biggie, a new bag is being shipped to me and I will swap it when it comes. -
theonlyski******This is why I always suspect gear is completely wrong when it's coming straight from the manufacturer.
I believe everything is wrong until I inspect it to prove otherwise.
This did not come straight from the manufacturer. It came through a dealer who assembled it.
Wait, what?
Someone actually rigged this up after receiving it from the manufacturer?
Yes, that is correct. -

irishriggerHMM have not seen that either before, i think they left out a Tab by accident, I would send the same email to UPT and ask for clarification.
Seems that is the case. UPT is sorting it. -
Hi all,
I just got a new bag for my Vector V348 and it is a bit different than my old bag. I have Attached a Picture showing the 4 grommets on the mouth for the lines but there are only 3 tabs for the elastic bands on the other side. (circled in red) The 3 tabs are symetrical. The centre tab is in the middle.
I presume it is supposed to be like this but I have not seen it before so I thought I would ask here how I am supposed to set it up. -
Bip is the registration of the first plane I jumped from. LN-BIP -
Dont feel bad. I am still looking for the cammo options on the UPT coloring program.
