Hello im looking for advise about my hc5 the lid you push on to insert tape will not close to allow the motor to load tape. any one else with this issue?

Im looking at both the vapor narrow and bone head narrow your ideas and pros and cons for both would be a great help i allready know i dont want the ftp.
