Do canopy makers tweak their designs without changing the name? Is a Sabre2 built in 2002 the same as one built in 2010?

Chuck, Sally, Aaron, Bill, Oren and Randy are the best. I made three trips from TN to Z-hills for AFF and to finish my A-licence with these guys because I was confident that I was being taught by experts that had my safety at heart. Also, plenty of nice people to meet and jump with.
