Hello everyone, well I'm another newbie from Daytona Beach Fl. and I would like to get into skydiving. I just have few question and I think that I have a lot of things to learn before i start jumping, hopefully you can help me! Well my first jump was a tandem jump i did almost 3 years ago in DeLand, Fl. (best place ever). That wasn't my fist time at the DZ. I went couple of time prior to my jump with a good friend of mine that is pretty much a regular there. I loved the place, the atmosphere, the people, (everyone is just friendly and they all know each other) so I got hooked. My big problem is that I'm afraid of heights. For my 21th birthday I decided I was going to jump and I was going to faced my biggest fear. Anyways, making a long story short. I kinda freaked out on the plane, but once I was up there I had to do it!!! So I jumped. It was the best thing I have ever done, the free falling, the adrenaline (well I think you all know what I'm taking about!) And since then I wanted to try do jump on my own. I have read many things about the AFF training, and licenses, etc. But I would like to know if you guys could guide me in the right direction, so i can start jumping as soon as i get some money!!! and also I would like to know if you guys think my fear could be a problem, and how can i deal with it or even get over it. Thank you so much, Cesar
