I just recently took up the sport of Skydiving, not knowing any skydivers myself, the need for the right DZ was very important. Living in Brisbane I started doing my research via the Web about all the local Dropzones doing AFF. I also phoned several DZ's to get a feel of the operator. The result was, that two of them stood out straight away. My priority was based on location ( travel time, access ) what equipment was in use ( SOS, BoC, Radios ) teaching method (time period, instructors, safety). Needles to say I finished my course, succesfully, very happy and I am still hooked on skydiving, as a matter of fact I'm having my 100th Jump celebration. Final Conclusion: Great place to jump, cool friendly Instructors, that includes the CI (Chief Instructor ), the place to be.
