So hey I'm in Iraq, and returning around October time frame... (hopefully) or Early Nov at worse case. It will be getting chilly up in New England where I'm from by that time...
If I'm able, I'm gonna squeeze in (freeze in) a few jumps up there, its my home dz after all.. and then start my great adventure, pilgrimage, wandering... south into the warmth I've grown accustomed to by then.. heheh.
Florida seems a given, cooler but still warm during our 'wintry' months.. but how will the weather be in the middle states on the way there. i recall VA being maybe white maybe not, right around Christmastime.
I'd like to jump my way down, since I think the road trip will do me some good. Any advice on conditions from your state or what you've seen?
Thanks! -

oh absolutely... just gotta be able to combat take-off & land that Otter. which is quite the ride for all inside. gotta get outta missle range ya know?
we had a short flight on a C130 over here, I was all pretending to hook up my static line.. giving a few shoots "STATIC LINEEEE!!"
but the ground lovin' Marines in my unit were not amused. cant imagine why!

I think its the butterflies that make it what it is. Enjoy them while they last, after a few hundred more you're gonna want to jump off the Hoover dam to find those fuzzies!
