    The staff is wonderful (Johnny, Eirc "The Viking", Damian "Seagull Slayer", and everyone else is cool too!) they explain what to do and when to do it, and they make you feel comfortable, when you jump they explain to you what you're doing, and they let you steer the toggles for a little bit to!
