  1. Is anybody from Tucson, Eloy driving out late Thursday, Friday morning? I live in Tucson and would like to carpool out there. I'm planning on coming back Monday morning. Anybody interested? I have an Explorer so there is plenty of room
  2. I live beside Tucson Mall and drive out to Eloy every couple of weekends, when I can afford it
  3. Thank you John, I really appreciate that. I will be home this weekend, will you be in town?
  4. Thank you MakeItHappen, that was a very thoughtful post. Rose was my Grandma. She was a great woman and a huge fan of the sport. When my dad, Chris, started jumping in 1977 she refused to go watch him. Once he joined the Golden Knights, she finally succumbed and after that, she never wanted to leave the dropzone. She loved skydiving, and while she never did go herself, she supported my dad and his brothers in everything they did in the sport... although I don't know how she felt about her granddaughter jumping as well. And boy, could she cook. You could always find her elbow-deep in flour saying how this was "the last time I'm frying all this chicken." Lucky for us, it never was the last time, not even close. I love you and miss you grandma. Laura
  5. So I moved to Tucson a couple of days ago to attend U of Arizona, the city is awesome, but problem is: I'm carless. I was just wondering if there's anyone out there living in Tucson that could give me a ride to Eloy on the weekends, I gotta keep my sanity some how ... I'd pitch in gas money & provide company! Come on now, its a long drive to do it alone. Laura
