I can understand how you feel. We dealt with some similar issues with the school district my son attends when he was youger, after he was diagnosed with Tourette's. We made sure they understood our position and the that we knew the laws. They ended up working with us as they should have, and luckily things have gone well for Alex. Hold your ground and good luck to all of you.

You may want to reconsider Mexico City. There are a lot of other cities in Mexico that give you a much better cultural experience. The big city is dirty and dangerous, especially if you are of a, how shall I say, North American persuation. Also stay away from the border towns, mostly bad places.

DZ food $0.00 (dumpsters and people grilling out keep costs down)
DZ clothes $0.00 (always keep an eye on the shower house and around the bonfire the next morning)
DZ ride $50.00 (sorry but even skydivers pay to have thier old rides hauled away)
Jumps $25.00 (at least until your rated then you will NEED to pay to jump again)
Personal hygene $0.00 (What, your a skydiver. if you really feel the need to be clean keep an eye on the showwer house again)

Your attacking a couple of pretty decent folks. Why don't you go somewhere yourself. The point is that we have the right to own and people who skew facts like the Brady group are the one's doing a disservive to the overall debate.
