That's pretty much where I was at with the whole "first rig" thing. Wanted new 'cause who wants to get a bunch of mods ... cheap car, okay, but cheap rig? And everyone is so darn proud of their rig I was very lucky to get the free rig ... now I need to pack faster to actually get some jumps onto it. Blue ones Mirage Systems

how does this differ from the type of foam/backpad in the G4, and what makes it better? nice no, put together locally. Mirage Systems

Have you tried asking Mirage? "Contact Us" at the top right of their web site. Include the rig serial # in your correspondence. Mirage Systems

(newbie here) I couldn't & wouldn't jump a rig that did that to me. I like mine tight. Anyway, I just posted pics of my new G4 here, all went well with the rig/fit/order etc. Not a thread out of place on the rig, and delivered fast too.

Thanks guys, it is a puuuurdy rig! Mirage Systems

I have had my new Mirage G4 rig for a month already. (Pics thread here.) Thank you JFTC goddesses for all that you do for breast cancer research! You all are simply amazing.

I won #1 prize (100% off a new Mirage rig) from the JFTC raffle. Ward had it on my doorstep less than three weeks after I sent my order. Whatever customer service issues Mirage has had in the past have been solved, communication with Ward was easy throughout the purchase. I jumped it two weeks, ago, and yes I love the rig. Freefall is smoother and seems quieter with it. Not a single stitch is out of place. I just don't see how the build quality could be any better. Attached are pics of the rig - I have the Unisyn hip & chest rings, elastic lumbar support, SP-888 2-piece leg strap friction adapters, stainless throughout, etc. Enjoy the pics, I know I'm enjoying the rig. AGAIN, THANKS WARD! Mirage Systems
