  1. If I didn't live an entire state away, I'd come for the free coaching I'll let you know how its going and maybe make a road trip sometime Thanks for the tips
  2. It's become a competition. Not only am I incredibly competitive by nature anyway, but once I lay out a goal, I work hard to achieve it. Unfortunately, I've shattered my left ear drum, so I can't jump from planes but have been doing a lot of tunnel work. I'm working on backflying and have gotten it down for the most part and plan to start learning how to sit fly by the end of August. Any tips?? Also, any advice on transferring what I'm learning in the tunnel to the sky? It's always so different jumping from a plane and being in the tunnel. Thanks so much! ----------------------------------------- Consistency is the last refuge of the unimaginative.
  3. Well, I've successfully shattered my left ear drum. Doc says to take it easy and put me on medicine. I don't know if I can or should skydive becausde of the altitude change and whatnot. I am out of any swimming and other sports for 60 days. Does anyone know about safety for ears and skydiving? Is there anything I can wear so I can keep jumping? Any info would be of a big help. Thanks! ----------------------------------------- Consistency is the last refuge of the unimaginative.
  4. If anyone lives in Orlando and is interested in splitting a 30 minute block at the tunnel, let me know! I'm working on learning how to backfly and want to have sitflying down by October. My AIM sn is AnjaliLuv03. Thanks! ----------------------------------------- Consistency is the last refuge of the unimaginative.
  5. For "fun solos" - what would you reccommend I start with? I'm learning how to backfly at the wind tunnel and I want to learn how to sitfly after that. In the air though, what should I try for a fun solo? Sit flying? or Freeflying? ----------------------------------------- Consistency is the last refuge of the unimaginative.
  6. My canopy control is pretty good, I'm very comfortable with it, but what suggestion would you make as to what I should ask to be taught about specifically? ----------------------------------------- Consistency is the last refuge of the unimaginative.
  7. Thanks so much for the great links! How do I get into swooping? Maybe I should get my liscense first...? haha. ----------------------------------------- Consistency is the last refuge of the unimaginative.
  8. Hey everyone, I'm Abby. I'm done with my AFF, now what? Which liscense is the best to obtain? What is the difference between RW and freeflying? Any help would be great! Thanks ----------------------------------------- Consistency is the last refuge of the unimaginative.
