  1. The co. is called Bones Clothing Co. they currently are marketing towards the soccer industry with doing small customized designs for other sports per request. However they've grown and are now wanting to branch off into Extreme Sports, giving us designers free reign to choose a sport or two come up with a design or two and possibly buy them from us. I can't at the moment publicly display the design for copyright reasons in the chance that this co. would purchase the design. If they don't then I'll be more than glad to post an image of the front and back design for the sky diving design I did as I would more than enjoy any comments from actual divers. Whether harsh or not. And thanks for the link.
  2. No, I'm not looking for statistics to print on any t-shirt, any suit, anything. I'm lookning for statistics around primarily for the united states, what I am; is a graphic design student... And for an assignment, my final is to design a silk screen print of for an extreme sport in which this co. would like to break into. So my job is not only to design this but to sale the fact that they should market towards other sports a few i.e. skydiving, mixed martial arts, etc. And to help sale the idea, clients like statistics... skydiving has been one that is hard to find anything other than how to stuff your parachute or where to find a dropzone at. I did find the est. fatality thing on this site, which was interesting.. but not what I'm going to use to sale a design. I'm interested in how big of a market, how many jumps on avg a year do people in this region partake on, how much revenue is there in a market and sport such as skydiving. I don't know anything about these journalists who prowl around trying make a bad name for skydiving...I'm simply trying to find a source, reliable.
  3. 3 profiles have been created to ask the same question. That's 300% as many as necessary! At least 85% more tact is required to fool us. Tshirts? 98.7% of skydivers aren't as stupid as you think. ok you can think what you'd like, and you can all be pricks or joke about the subject. I'm a college student trying to find out statistics and since "Drop Zone" is the #1 site according to their information... I thought I'd poke around here for some information. Guess I struck fools gold again... /two thumbs down. And as for your t-shirt comment, let me rephrase this... it's a design it can be placed on a t-shirt, a sweater, a jumpsuit....anything that this company bones clothing co. if they decide they'd like to use my graphics could put them on. But hey, I guess 100% of divers checked their wit before diving. Nice community you have here, and maybe if instead of bashing on peoples posts, and helping put together some kind of statistics or FAQ's other than the casual information such as parachute information, dropzones, etc... 3 people wouldn't have posted asking apparently a similar question.
  4. Is there anyone who can help me out, I'm doing a design for a new skydiving tshirt and well it's to go with the companies "extreme" department. I wanted to get some facts i.e. how much revenue, how many people do this, etc... I google the info but can't seem to find any actual useful sites with info on this... Please help me out. Thanks,
