  1. This location was awful in customer service. I was a first time jumper celbrating my college graduation so i thought i would spring for the DVD(even though a 100 dollars for a college student is a big deal!)The videographer messed up my landing by "FORGETTING" to hit the record button because he was talking and distracted. My 100 dollar dvd didn't include a landing or A follow-up interview when i landed. I acomplained a LOT (the guy who messed up was a jerk) and all i got was 20 dollars back....in reality, it wasnt about the money but the memories...he stole my moments and he actaully had the audacity to tell me if i wanted a refund i would have to give him everything (my entire DVD with the freefall) back...this place was awful, their owner was not helpful and worst of all, the guy who i jumped with was not as experienced and a lot of our fall suffered because of that...i loved sky diving and plan to take many more people in the next few years but i will NEVER EVER return to Skydive Santa Barbara. I suggest you never go there either
