  1. The irony is that by allowing Sweden to compete within the NSL/ESL system early, they have in fact affected the NSL scores more by removing a comparable 47 teams. If a country wishes to partake in NSL/ESL system they should start the same day as everyone else or take a separate draw. If you recognise the draw on the Friday night, it is your duty to inform the judges there and then. Knowing the draw and keeping quiet about it should be comparable to practicing the draw beforehand and disqualification the penalty. This is almost impossible to police, but perhaps this rule would ensure the element of trust is always applied by the competitors and coaches.
