Hi, anyone living in Vernal or know of it that can tell me a little about it? My niece is moving there with her husband. They are young and young, with a growing family. They are relocating from ATL because that is where her husband found work. I just want to be help prepare them for what to expect.

On the way to the Expo carrying my rig I was put in the tier 3 screening area........

I have a Sony HC46 ,..i know its old. Anyways sometimes it zooms in all by itself and the result of course is I get nothing from the jump. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Had a Great 300th jump 10 way round from 10,000 feet and considering we only had 5,000 to play with; with break-off being at 5,000,...not too bad. 8 outta 10 got in....

Milestones:
My 300th
my friend's 50th
my friend's 100th

I was on the Friday jump,.....good stuff.

except, being run over by a train , hit by a bus, a hurricane, being given a pair of concrete shoes, getting burned by McDonalds coffee, getting the last piece of bread, having a cramp, getting a splinter, Red White and Blue beer, traffic, crowds, being on top of something tall, and a rainy weekend forcast.

Ladies and Gentlemen may I have your attention please!

Introducing: One Black Skydiver,.....Nate!!!!

Please hold your applause. He has been in the sport just a lil while about 5 years and jumped in about 30 places and has wondered within himself where are all the other black skydivers. When asked about it he says:

"I hear about other black skydivers but never see them". In all honestly though I do know six other black skydivers, but one of them is my wife. I have tried and tried to get my friends to come out and jump but no luck.

In fact if I had a million dollars for everytime one of my friends said they were gonna come jump, and actually did, I'd be broke!!

I love skydiving so even if none of my family(except the wife), friends, co-workers etc.... will jump thats their loss. I'd be happy to show up at any DZ as long as I can get there. So then some of you all can jump with a black guy, but then you would owe beer. Maybe we could build a boogie around it.

Anyway I'll be making an appearance at Sky's the Limit this weekend, Sunday weather permitting. If not Sunday sometime next week. I'd love to meet anyone who wants to touch me...

Had two great jumps at Westpoint. One 3 point 10 way with the Queen and another jumper "Sue" I think, who was celebrating her 500th jump and her Birf-Day. By the way it was my Birf-Day tooo.

Then a fabulous 10 point 2 way with my best skydiving bud.

Still time to go do some OTHER things,...Great Day
