  2. I am going to be in Mexico for two weeks and wanted to do my AFF course, I am from Ottawa Ontario ans started last summer but the work thing got in the way and had to go, there is a DZ south of cancun but they only do tandems, does anyone know how to go about getting this set up, I could always wait till spring here Oh well !
  3. Hi JT, It seems to me there is a fair bit of good talent here on this news group, I appreciate everyones input, as I am truly new at the sport, I can't really count what I did years ago as it was a military thing, but the disapline is still there. Where do most of you all jump, I live in Ottawa Ont. which is about 45min north of the US border, we have few DZ's here but kinda small and the one I started at has only one aircraft and it gets fairly packed on weekends, is there anything in up state new york that would be a bit more accomodating? John
  4. Thanks JWB, I was in the Airborne Regiment here in Canada, yes it was the CT1 and the CT2 with toggle control, I started again last summer, and will contiue this summer with much more experience, I have been talking with so many people and they have been very helpful. I like the new style the folks are doing these day, and the equipment.... well has it changed? All the best JWB John
