  1. thanks for the great advice superstu! just stoked to figure out this this thing called canopy flight. its been a challenge but all the same the funniest and scariest thing evvveerr. hii five!
  2. yeah pho sho takin the turns higher but how you hitting your gears to get the max flight of the canopy. i feal that im making the 90s at a safe alt. but not even getting 25 % of the canopies performance if that makes sense. when i hook the riser preasure becomes so great that i lose the power band. I start slowwing the canopy down as much as possible then fronts( pull one downfurther and let the other up a little), wieght shift then rears to finsh. but just lookin for other inputs on how swoop your tits off. haha
  3. I just started flying my first crossbrace. i got the 111 xaos and i was flying a nitron before. I had the power band dialed in and I felt that i was hitting every gear right on point. But now im starting my progrssion over with 90s and im having a hard time finding the power that i fell i should have on the xoas. just seeing how everyone else is hitting there gears to get the max power. if theres any advice let me know.
  4. I checked it all out with the master rigger and everything was fine . No riser damage , cut away haddle was still intact. The loop was not broken . The cable came through the loop some how. The cable was not regularly cleaned but I just got done cleaning the cable the night before. . Just seeing if anyone has seen this happen.Quote
  5. I was jumping last week and somthing uuasual happened to me. I just got done having a good freefly sesh. And when I landed my right riser completly came off the 3 ring and was laying on the ground.I noticed nothing when I was under canopy and every thing seemed alright. This freaked the shit out of me. Has anyone heard of this happening before. What do think could have caused this?
  6. Ive only been in the sport for a year and i have been wanting to push myself and learn as much as i can. I only have 110 jumps. i was wanting some advice on when do you think it is a good time to start flying with a camera .
