I ahve AOL & wanted to watch some video,but have been unable to set-up the multi media player. I followed the promts about 1,000 times, had my fiance son try,attempted to contact tech support. Iget the little screen with the control, the video name appears in the window, it start to say something about bufferring from 0-100% Iclick play & black screen. Im computer illeterate but ARUGHHHHHH!!!!!!!! HELP please
